• Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address.
• Order Information: Name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (processed by our payment processor), email address, phone number, products purchased, purchase history.
• Account Information: Username, password, security questions, other information used for account security.
• Customer Support Information: Information you provide in communications with us.

You may choose not to provide certain information, but this may prevent you from using certain features of the Services.

• Tuya App Data Handling: Our LuxPetFeeder NutriFlow product utilize the Tuya Smart app, which is provided by Tuya Smart (Hangzhou) Information Technology Co., Ltd. To enable the remote control and monitoring functionality of our products, we share certain user data with Tuya.
• Types of Data Shared with Tuya: This may include:
• Device information (e.g., device ID, device model, Wi-Fi network name, signal strength)
• User account information (e.g., Tuya account ID, linked email address within the Tuya App)
• Usage data (e.g., feeding times, food dispensing amounts, error logs, device status)
• Location data (if applicable and if you allow it within the Tuya App)
• Any other data that your app collects and sends to Tuya. Tuya may use this data to provide the app's functionality, improve their services, and for analytics purposes, as outlined in their privacy policy
• Purpose of Data Sharing with Tuya:
• Enabling remote control and monitoring of the feeder.
• Providing cloud storage for user settings and data related to the Tuya App.
• Facilitating app functionality.
• Providing connectivity.

We engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect using customer data.

Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

Services that include elements of automated decision-making include:

• Temporary blacklist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This blacklist persists for a small number of hours.
• Temporary blacklist of credit cards associated with blacklisted IP addresses. This blacklist persists for a small number of days.

Your Personal Information will be initially processed in Ireland and then will be transferred outside of Europe for storage and further processing, including to Canada and the United States.
