A: Unfortunately, this feeder is designed to dispense only dry cat or dog kibble.

 

Q: What size kibble can this feeder dispense, and how can i prevent jamming?

A: This feeder is designed to dispense dry kibble between 2 and 10mm in size. To minimize the risk of jamming, we recommend using kibble within this size range. Additionally, dispensing smaller portions at a time will help ensure smooth operation and prevent blockages. Avoid using irregularly shaped, wet food, or very oily kibble, as they increase the likelihood of jamming.

 

Q: How does this feeder improve pet health?

A: Each portion dispensed by our automatic pet feeder is approximately 9 grams (g).

A: We offer FREE standard shipping to the contiguous United States. Please note that we do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Quebec, or other international locations.
